Vancouver Sun Run

The Vancouver Sun Run is one of the largest running events anywhere. You can expect to run alongside 50,000 people. The 10 km route circumnavigates downtown Vancouver.

The final date for team registration is Friday, March 19.

This race is one of the highlights of VFR's calendar and we usually attract a few runners from other cities onto our team. Once again we'll be entering as International Front Runners.

You can also look forward to a pasta feast with your teammates the evening before.

Resolution Run
January 1, 2010

The 5 km Resolution Run started the year off on a good foot for five frontrunners this year. The route takes you from Denman and Georgia to Brockton Point and back. The rain and wind made for a bracing experience but we had great fun splashing through the puddles. Our fastest runner made it into the top ten! Woo hoo!
