The Vancouver International Marathon is always a highlight on the VFR calendar. The courses follow new routes this year, starting in Queen Elizabeth Park and ending at the Convention Centre.

The Vancouver Sun Run is Canada's largest 10 km road race and the second largest timed 10 km run in the world! Vancouver Frontrunners is putting together a team of both recreational and competitive runners. Walkers are also welcome to join our team! Early bird deadline for registration is February 17.

We are having a pre-race pasta dinner on Saturday April 14 for all participants. That evening we are also sorting out the race package and T-shirts, and we're making plans for the post-run celebrations.
