Vancouver Frontrunners provides a safe and friendly environment for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and their friends to enjoy running and walking. Affiliated with International Frontrunners, we are celebrating our 43rd year in 2026.
For the broader community, we also host the annual Vancouver Pride Run & Walk, a 5 + 10K event, a wonderfully bright, fun and inclusive event each July. We welcomed over 1,000 participants to the 2025 Pride Run & Walk! Not only are you invited to run or walk, but if you have an interest in giving back to our community, you can use your creative and organizational skills to help us plan and host next year’s event!
Please join us any Saturday morning or Wednesday evening to check us out before you join, drop-ins & visitors to the city are always welcome. Times & locations can be found on our Run or Walk with VFR page.
